Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced Collections Supervisor to lead our collections team and ensure optimal recovery rates while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of debt collectors
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and state regulations
• Develop and implement collection strategies
• Review and resolve escalated customer issues
• Analyze collection metrics and prepare reports

Requirements:

• 3+ years of collections experience with 1+ year in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency with collection management software
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Work Schedule: Hybrid during training, then full remote available. Hybrid: 3 days in the Franklin, TN office, 2 days work from home.

We are hiring 3 Debt Collectors to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting customers with outstanding debts and negotiating payment arrangements while maintaining professionalism and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and mail regarding outstanding debts
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities
• Follow all FDCPA guidelines and company policies
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets
• Process payments and update account information

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous collections or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
